Zeb Corvin
Zeb was raised in Stanley, New Mexico on a horse ranch where his parents raised horses and mules. He spent most days riding, roping, and working with the horses.
In high school Zeb competed in team roping, saddle bronc riding and cow horse. Through New Mexico 4-H, he had the opportunity to work with many trainers including Suzanne Norton Jones, Josh Armstrong, and Rebecca Bachman who introduced him to West Texas A&M University where he began his college career in 1999.
While in college, Zeb judged on the collegiate judging team where in 2001 they won the AQHA World Championship and NRHA Championship with Zeb on the team. Throughout college Zeb also broke and trained horses and did farrier work.
After graduating from WTAMU in 2003, Zeb started Corvin Performance Horses. He specializes in training reining, cutting, and cow horses and has competed in all three events with AQHA, NRHA, NRCHA, and NCHA.
Zeb primarily competes in Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, and New Mexico. Zeb is the current president for the Panhandle Reined Cowhorse Association, a new NRCHA Affiliate, but he is also a member of the CRCA (Colorado Reined Cowhorse Association) and the SWRCHA (Southwest Reined Cowhorse Association).
